Hotel Verde was constructed throughout 3 Year Period, being the construction of Africa’s Sustainable Greenest Hotel.
We are proud of the EPC we did for this project; we delivered a wide range of collaborative skills including the construction, architects, mechanical and electrical installation and civil engineering. This Project was completed on time with several elements delivered early.
Glaring, welcoming and calm, the design of the new hotel is specifically focused around the needs of the guest, making their stay as easy and as pleasant as possible.
The hotel has 106 guestrooms and 3 penthouses with coconut wood furniture, and Mkongo Wood Furniture with private balcony and ocean facing views.
The hotel is a dry hotel, promoting a family-friendly environment, they also have a Turkish Hammam spa, and the conference room was built to accommodate 1000 to 1500 people, also used for banqueting.
